ChERD Special Issue
SOMChE26 is delighted to announce a Special Issue in Chemical Engineering Research and Design (ChERD), an official journal of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE). This Special Issue will publish selected contributions from the conference that are aligned with the SOMChE26 theme: Intelligent and Integrated Chemical Engineering for Global Challenges.
Eligibility and Scope
Authors whose work is accepted for presentation at SOMChE26 may be invited to submit an extended full paper to the ChERD Special Issue. The Special Issue will cover a broad range of topics in chemical engineering, including but not limited to:
- Distillation and absorption
- Fluid flow
- Heat and mass transfer
- Materials processing and product development
- Particle technology
- Pharmaceutical engineering
- Process systems engineering
- Reaction engineering
- Separation processes
Submission and Review Process
- Invitations to submit will be issued to selected SOMChE26 presenters based on the quality and relevance of their work.
- All the submissions should follow the general author guidelines of Chemical Engineering Research and Design
- All submissions will be made via the ChERD online submission system under the SOMChE26 Special Issue.

Processes Special Issue
SOMChE26 is pleased to announce an additional Special Issue opportunity in Processes, an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by MDPI.
The Special Issue provides a platform for selected SOMChE26 authors to publish extended full papers aligned with the conference theme, 鈥淚ntelligent and Integrated Chemical Engineering for Global Challenges.鈥
