Biography

With over 12 years of combined industry and academic experience, Dr. Shameen Warsi brings deep expertise in Business Analytics, HR Analytics, and Predictive Modeling. She has previously served in HR leadership roles in the IT sector before transitioning to academia. She has been working as an Assistant Professor at GSIMR, Indore, for the past five years. Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. focusing on predictive analytics for HR planning, alongside multiple publications in UGC Care, Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals. She is also the author of the book 鈥淭he Art and Science of Talent Acquisition: 50 Global Case Studies鈥, available on Amazon, further showcasing her contribution to the field. 

For more than three years, she has been associated with 糖心原创 as an online facilitator for various units in the Master of Data Science program, reflecting her commitment to high-quality online teaching. Her teaching philosophy blends conceptual rigor with practical application, ensuring learners develop analytical thinking, industry readiness, and a research-oriented mindset.
